TRAINING
DURING SESSIONS
Some facilities may have one way or parking systems in place find out what these are in advance and comply with all guidance;
We may take players temperature before sessions, this will be done with a digital temperature laser, this is something still to be decided on and are working closely with other groups, as we want to ensure the safety of every player/parent and coaching staff member that attends each session.
• Ensure that your child practices good hand hygiene; wash/sanitise hands before all activity
• Remind your child that they should refrain from spitting or clearing of nasal passages; if the need to sneeze or cough, do so into a tissue and put the tissue in the bin or use the crook of their elbow
• Ensure that your child brings their own water bottle that is clearly recognizable
• If your child gets injured, you, or a member of your household can assist them if present; clubs and coaches will ensure all efforts are made to maintain social distancing and allow player to self- treat and, where this cannot be achieved, they should have appropriate PPE to support with this including gloves and face masks
AFTER SESSIONS
• Do not congregate; collect your child and leave the venue quickly
• Ensure that social distancing guidance continues to be adhered to
• Follow any exit systems in place at the venue
• Remind your child to wash/sanitise your hands as soon as possible after the session
INDOOR FACILITIES
All indoor coaching venues may have a different entrance and exit points when we return, they will also have their own guidelines to follow with hand sanitizing and washing hands. We will have hand sanitizer bottles at different areas of the hall and we ask that you use this when entering and leaving the room and all children are made aware of this please.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
If your child/children is unable to attend due to corona-virus or any other sickness, we will not be in a position to offer a refund for sickness. Please see below how refunds can be made. All after school club money will now have to be sent by bank transfer we are not accepting cash after speaking with the schools that it would be easier that no money is handled and sent back to school, we do not offer PayPal. All equipment is fully sanitized before and after the session, any bibs that will be worn will be taking home in a different bag and washed immediately. All children will be asked to sanitize hands before and after the session, they will also have the option to wash hands before they leave school as well. It is important that we follow the schools guidelines and will inform the parents/guardians of this information as each school will have different protocols.
After school football will be a bit different going forward as the majority of schools will only be able to offer us outside facilities due to Covid-19 and the use of the hall for other school activities. We won't be able to offer a refund or add on a week if the school cancel the session due to the weather, this is something that is out of our hands.
